All orders placed in the app are queued for processing and will be dispatched to customers. However, if for any reason the store is unable to fulfill or deliver an order, Hulbuk’s support team will contact the customer and follow up on the issue in coordination with them.

Pricing Errors:

In the event of any pricing or valuation errors for the goods listed on the website, Hulbuk reserves the right to cancel the order. Hulbuk will promptly return any funds received to the customer, and by using the app, the user acknowledges and agrees to this policy and will not raise any claims in this regard.

The taste, weight, color, and packaging condition of company-produced products are not the responsibility of Hulbuk but rather the respective manufacturer.

Grocery orders will be delivered directly to your doorstep. Our delivery staff is obligated to deliver grocery items precisely and completely to your door.

- The items delivered do not match the order placed.
- The order is incomplete.
- The expiration date of the products has passed.
- The product is spoiled or unusable.

For items with damaged packaging or order mishandling, the issue must be reported within one hour of receiving the order to Hulbuk’s support team.

3. Return Process:

To return items from an order, the following steps must be followed:
- Report the issue to Hulbuk’s support team within 24 working hours after receiving the order.
- For damaged packaging or mishandling, report within **one hour**.

4. Refund Process:

Once the return is approved, Hulbuk will contact the customer to arrange the refund. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s wallet in the Hulbuk app.
